  1. 12 acres out of this package of land were passed from Edward Cocke to John Cock
    Edward Heyhoe of Hingham to George Kett of Wymondham at the Court held on October 27th 1687;
    and from George Scott to Sarah Cross at the Court held on April 7th 1724. ↩︎
  2. John Cock and his wife surrendered this land at the Court held on May 6th 1622, by which time the total was 7½ acres on account of the additional ½ acre in item (2.2) being dropped off. ↩︎
