Indenture of Sale

An indenture of bargain & sale dated October 9th 1794 was made between the following so that the 2 acres + grove were sold to Robert Wright:-

  1. John Sewell, one of the executors of the will of John Wright,
    John Wright, eldest son & heir of John Wright (deceased),
    The “other executor named in the will” & Barbara his wife
  2. James Rose
  3. Robewrt Wright
  4. Francis Parke

Footnotes

  1. The Court Roll shows the year 1753, but there was no Court in that year. The Court of 1752 does record John Wright being admitted to the 2 acres with a grove. ↩︎
